a. Sports Scholarship: Softball award to Triway’s Alyssa Hochstetler $2,000.00 / $500.00 per year. Mike Plant to take pictures and write the story. There is another girl that Andy is waiting to hear if she will play ball next year in college.
b. Beall House update (Vicki and Joe stepping down) Gary spoke with Barry Romich and he may be interested in donating to update the Beall House Heating and Cooling to make them energy efficient.
c. We are not establishing a Beall House Committee currently.
d. MCTV Panorama with Andy and Allyson, Allyson to speak on textiles and possibly Ginny Gunn, Andy to speak on what is going on around the WCHS and the New Music display

f. Andy is going to Rotary in August to promote the Sports Hall of Fame - Executive Director’s Report: Rik Goodright
a. 3 Sons towing will be installing a sign in our lot (so violators will know where to call)
b. Special needs person to be here (cleaning list handed out) Rik working with him 4 hours a day Tuesday – Friday Alpha Group out of Delaware
c. Vote the end of July at the quarterly meeting to amend the constitution (board voted February 2023) so that the board is more flexible, “there shall be no less than 3, no more than 4 members in each class” This will be in the newsletter for membership to know about the vote. July 31st.
d. Computer Mix was in to update computers, only Dustin’s needed it, he may use the Beall House computer
e. All invoices are to be approved by the committee chair. The only invoices not to be signed are utilities.
f. Sports Card – Rob Boyer Cards are being donated by Rob’s relatives and they are worth some money, Rik to see how to sell them
g. CCJ Happy Hour in the schoolhouse July 28 5:30pm
h. Closing the HS for tours after the tour on 12/13/25 to allow the committees to set up their displays for 2026 - Committee Reports:

Clue October 25, 2025. We will have a trial run to see how it works 10/11/25 after Book Fair author - New Business
a. Fundraising Permission to investigate a Crowd Fundraising company. A Motion was made by Gary Wimer and Second by Andy Kiel, vote, approved
b. Permission to run the 250-parade money through the HS since we are a 501 © 3. This would put the HS in the promotion seat. A Motion was made by Jeff Musselman with Deb Kitko second, vote, approved
We are moving the Exec. Committee to Thursday before the board meeting
