    1. 250 Years of Liberty Exhibit and Family style 4th of July Picnic – around 4pm Annual Meeting on April 23rdRecent donation for History Club – $2500 from the American Legion Working on bids for lawncare – Rick is currently working on it. School visits start again in April – Wooster Christian, Homeschool Group, and Wayne County School starting in May. Jason will be having an in service for teachers on April 8th – Jason is already receiving registrations for this and will be talking to the teachers about leading up to the Revolutionary War. In 2025, the historical society had 643 people who went through the schoolhouse, 383 people went through for tours, and over 500 students participated in school tours. Please remember to pay your dues if you haven’t done so already.
    1. Motion to approve the change to constitution for excused absences.
      1. As it is now: Section 2: If a member of the Board vacates his or her position for any reason or has accumulated six (6) unexcused absences in one (1) year of Board meetings, the Board shall appoint a replacement who shall serve until the next annual meeting when the vacancy for the remainder of that term shall be filled by the vote of the membership.

      • Looking to add additional security cameras around the WCHS campus with text message capabilities to utilize the full capacity of our current security software and enhance our safety on the campus. Temporary occupancy for the Schoolhouse has been approved by the City of Wooster and currently posted in the office.
