    1. Donation offered in memory of Paul and Jan Kaufman: Discussions around where the dollars can be used most effectively to honor the Kaufman’s.
    1. Philip Giffin “From Wooster to Hollywood”: Very nice presentation at WHS from Phil’s on his progression from Wooster to the music industry in Hollywood. Phil stopped by and toured the music exhibit the next day.
    1. Mitch Ryder: Fulfilled his promise from 1968 to play a concert at WHS.  Mitch stopped by the music exhibit with Andy.
    1. Holiday Open House on Tuesday, December 2nd from 4-7pm: Sign up passed around for Board Members to be available in different buildings/time slots.
    1. Church Walk on Friday, December 5th from 4-7pm: Beall House will be open and hot chocolate bar in the Schoolhouse
    1. Presentation at Wooster High School on Hoover and the JFK Assassination on November 12th – 7:15pm
  6. Executive Director’s Report: Rik Goodright
    1. Article by Diane Compton Ross in the Weekly News on the Comptons
    1. Mens and Womens bathrooms were both repaired.
    1. School Visits: All Wooster 3rd grade classes, 257 kids and chaperones came through.
    1. DAR – George Washington – November 10th – 5:30pm. Free and open to the public.

      1. Poinsettas – Going on Sale 10/1/25: Price is $12.50 : 2 types of sales: Membership Sales and Downtown Business Sales with delivery option: Currently around 100 sold.
      1. Clue – 10/25/25 from 4-7pm: The event was well received and people look forward to having it again. Potentially thinking about the Spring for Round 2.

      1. Book Box – Glenn and Deb Brooks made and donated a lending library.  Ray and Gary installed it and Penny loaded it up. Drop off any history book donations you may have to Penny in the office.

  1. 250th Anniversary Parade – Approved with the city to have the parade on July 4, 2026 around 11am. The committee is currently working on permits and sponsorships.
